Housing Policy and Hispanic Lending Conferences

DALLAS, TX (March 22, 2013) – Scott Bristol, executive vice president and national production manager for Dallas-based residential mortgage originator PrimeLending, will participate in a discussion panel at the 2013 Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference on March 26 in Washington, D.C. The event, hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), will feature policy- and lending-driven sessions discussing mortgage liquidity in the marketplace, demographic trends, supplier diversity and NAHREP policy recommendations for government.

Bristol will participate in the Hispanic Lending Center table session discussing demographics, regulation and mortgage liquidity. NAHREP co-founder and CEO Gary Acosta and NAHREP president elect Jason Madiedo will introduce discussion leaders and serve as mediators during the session. After each discussion leader is finished speaking, participants including Scott Bristol will have the opportunity to ask questions on topics including FHA guidelines, mortgage rules and mortgage liquidity.

NAHREP is a mission-driven trade organization dedicated to advancing sustainable Hispanic home ownership. They serve as trusted advisors and passionate advocates to help more Hispanic families achieve the American dream of owning a home. The Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference is an annual vehicle for policy makers, industry leaders and practitioners to convene and work together on these common goals.

“It’s an honor to be a part of this discussion panel along with many influential participants in the residential mortgage industry,” said Bristol. “The Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference is a great opportunity to learn more about Hispanic market trends and NAHREP policies that will ultimately allow PrimeLending to help this demographic reach their goal of home ownership.”

This year’s conference will be held March 25-27 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C.
